About the project, As a Senior Project Manager, you will be working for our client, a leader in the financial industry, focused on delivering cutting-edge IT solutions., , You will spearhead a strategic project to migrate a centralized middleware platform to modern architectures based on Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and contemporary technological stacks. This initiative aims to boost system integration capabilities, enhance technological agility, and enable future digital innovation. This role offers a profound opportunity to shape the future of enterprise IT infrastructure and grow your leadership expertise., , Drive digital transformation — lead complex middleware migration projects with strategic vision and technical expertise!, , 100% remote work., , Only candidates with an existing legal right to work in the European Union will be considered for this role.

Your responsibilities, Lead end-to-end project execution, from planning to successful delivery, ensuring seamless middleware migration and integration., Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, milestones, and success criteria aligned with strategic business goals., Decompose complex technical tasks, delegating effectively to ensure project efficiency and quality., Manage and coordinate project teams in an agile, results-driven environment., Monitor project progress, proactively addressing risks and resolving issues as they arise., Ensure adherence to project methodologies, industry standards, and best practices., Communicate project status, technical insights, and risks clearly and confidently to stakeholders.

5+ years of experience managing IT projects or programs, preferably in middleware or integration projects., Proven leadership experience managing technical teams and project delivery., Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and Agile practices., Extensive experience in software system design, architecture, and integration., Practical knowledge in software deployment, tuning, and performance optimization., Excellent organizational skills and a strategic, results-oriented mindset.

Optional, Experience with middleware systems or integration platforms., Certifications such as PMP or Prince2., Knowledge of modern software development cycles and DevOps practices.
