About the project, We are looking for a highly organized Test Lead who will take ownership of testing and quality assurance throughout the full ERP implementation lifecycle – from planning and coordination to go-live and post-rollout support., This role goes far beyond hands-on testing. We are looking for someone who can coordinate complex activities across business and IT, bring structure to large-scale projects, manage stakeholders effectively, and drive quality throughout the entire rollout process. Although your priority will be our ERP transformation programme, we are looking for someone who will help shape and develop Flügger's long-term testing and quality assurance capabilities for years to come., You will be part of a team split between Poland and Denmark, and you will report to Palle Andersen, Group ERP Application Manager, based in our HQ.

Your responsibilities, Taking ownership of the overall testing and quality assurance approach for the ERP programme, Planning, coordinating, and driving test activities across business teams, IT, and external implementation partners, Organizing and overseeing UAT, integration testing, regression testing, and go-live readiness activities, Building structure, processes, and clear ways of working around testing and defect management, Tracking issues, coordinating follow-ups, and ensuring problems are resolved before production release, Acting as a central coordination point between business stakeholders, key users, IT, and external vendors, Supporting rollout, stabilization, and post-go-live activities, including ongoing regression coverage and issue monitoring, Helping build a long-term quality assurance approach within the organization

Experience as a Test Lead or in a similar role within large ERP or enterprise transformation projects, Experience working with Cloud ERP environments, Experience in test automation, Ability to coordinate testing across business teams, IT, and external partners, Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple areas simultaneously, Ability to communicate risks clearly and work effectively with different stakeholders, Good understanding of business processes and system integrations, Fluent English and Polish, both written and spoken

Optional, ISTQB certification (Test Manager or Test Analyst level), Experience with Azure DevOps or similar test management platforms, Familiarity with Cloud ERP platforms such as IFS or SAP, Background in manufacturing, retail, or supply chain environments
