Your responsibilities
- Lead regional benefits strategy and execution in alignment with global principles.
- Manage and enhance employee benefits programs across multiple countries.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external providers.
- Oversee vendor relationships, compliance activities, and benefits administration.
- Support benefits communication, annual enrollment, and employee experience initiatives.
- Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for program improvements.
Employer requirements
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in employee benefits, including UK and international markets.
- Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
- Experience managing external vendors and benefits providers.
- Familiarity with HRIS systems; Workday experience is an advantage.
- Fluent English.
