Your responsibilities

  • Lead regional benefits strategy and execution in alignment with global principles.
  • Manage and enhance employee benefits programs across multiple countries.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and external providers.
  • Oversee vendor relationships, compliance activities, and benefits administration.
  • Support benefits communication, annual enrollment, and employee experience initiatives.
  • Monitor market trends and provide recommendations for program improvements.

Employer requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in employee benefits, including UK and international markets.
  • Experience working in a global, matrixed organization.
  • Strong stakeholder management, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing external vendors and benefits providers.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems; Workday experience is an advantage.
  • Fluent English.
