Responsibilities
Support radio network configuration, parameter verification and technical data management .
Assist in KPI monitoring , performance analysis and identification of network anomalies.
Collect, organize and validate information from OSS and network engineering systems.
Prepare operational reports , technical documentation and performance summaries .
Support experienced engineers in troubleshooting and optimization activities.
Contribute to process standardization , data analysis and future automation initiatives .

Qualifications
Master's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering , Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering or a related technical field.
Basic understanding of LTE/5G networks , radio technologies and telecommunications architectures .
Knowledge of fundamental radio parameters and network performance indicators .
Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and data processing.
Willingness to develop technical expertise in RAN engineering and network operations .
Good written and spoken English and Polish .
Openness to regular visits to the Katowice office (1-2 times a week ).
Nice-to-Have:
Academic projects or internships involving mobile networks, radio planning or network optimization.
Basic knowledge of Python, SQL or other scripting languages .
Familiarity with OSS tools , data visualization or reporting platforms .
Interest in automation , data analytics and AI applications in telecommunications.
Italian and/or German language skills.
