Your responsibilities

• Participate in R&D project teams from concept development to serial production launch
• Verify and validate technical assumptions, designs, and manufacturability concepts
• Perform investment and production cost calculations
• Cooperate with Development, Injection Molding and Production teams across all project phases
• Implement engineering and design changes during product development and industrialization
• Support new product development and product change management activities

Our requirements

• University degree in a technical field (e.g. Production Engineering, Process Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar)
• Professional experience as a Process Engineer, Production Engineer, Technologist, or Design Engineer
• Practical knowledge of at least one manufacturing technology, such as injection molding, stamping, or assembly processes
• Nice to have: experience with additional technologies (e.g. soldering, pad printing, welding)
• Ability to prepare production cost calculations and technical & quality specifications
• Experience in change and industrialization projects
• Very good command of English (minimum B1); German language is an advantage
• Goal-oriented approach
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
