Location: Argentina (Remote)

Help Build the Bridge Between Product Innovators and Global Manufacturing
Trustbridge Design & Manufacturing helps companies bring physical products to life by connecting product developers with the manufacturers capable of producing them.
Companies developing new products often struggle to identify the right manufacturing partners. At the same time, highly capable manufacturers struggle to consistently access qualified project opportunities.
Trustbridge solves this problem.
We work with engineering teams, startups, and established companies to provide:
- Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and product engineering services
- Manufacturer matchmaking across CNC machining, injection molding, 3D printing, sheet metal fabrication, and other production technologies
- Supplier network development that connects capable manufacturers with serious production opportunities
Our leadership team is based in California, and we are expanding our commercial team globally to support growth across North America and Asia-Pacific manufacturing markets.
The Role
Trustbridge is seeking a Sales Representative based in Argentina to help expand our global manufacturing platform.
This role will support engagement with both:
- Manufacturing suppliers seeking qualified project opportunities
- Companies developing new products that need engineering design services or help identifying the right manufacturing partners
Because of the Argentina’s strong international business culture and English fluency, this role will support both American and Asian markets, working closely with leadership in California while building relationships with manufacturers and product companies globally.
This is a consultative sales and business development role that requires strong communication skills and the ability to engage with engineers, product teams, and manufacturing businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage manufacturing suppliers across key technologies including CNC machining, injection molding, additive manufacturing, and sheet metal fabrication
- Conduct onboarding discussions to understand supplier capabilities including materials, tolerances, production scale, and specialization
- Build relationships with manufacturing partners across Asia and other global markets
Customer Development
- Engage companies developing new products that may benefit from design services or manufacturer matchmaking
- Introduce Trustbridge’s services and explain how the platform reduces sourcing risk and accelerates product development
- Identify potential project opportunities and coordinate with internal engineering teams
- Conduct outreach via email, phone, and virtual meetings
- Speak with engineers and product teams about manufacturing needs and sourcing challenges
- Position Trustbridge as a trusted advisor in the product development and manufacturing process
- Track leads, suppliers, and opportunities in CRM
- Maintain organized communication with prospects and partners
- Provide feedback to leadership on supplier capabilities, customer needs, and market opportunities
Qualifications
Required
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities
- Experience in sales, business development, or customer engagement
- Comfortable working remotely with an international team
- Ability to speak confidently with technical professionals and business leaders
Preferred
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering services, sourcing, or supply chain industries
- Familiarity with technologies such as CNC machining, 3D printing / additive manufacturing, sheet metal fabrication
- Experience working with U.S. companies or international clients
- Additional language skills are a plus (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese, Korean, or other Asian languages)

Within the first year, the successful candidate will:
- Expand Trustbridge’s network of qualified manufacturing suppliers
- Identify new design service and manufacturing opportunities
- Build strong relationships with both product developers and manufacturing partners
- Help establish Trustbridge as a trusted sourcing partner for companies bringing new products to market
