Join Our Team as a Production Operator

Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team producing delicious baked goods? We are seeking a dedicated Production Operator to join our facility in Nieuwkuijk. This role is perfect for individuals with backgrounds in baking, food production, or similar fields.

Responsibilities

• Production and packaging of cookies while ensuring quality control.

Working Conditions

The work environment is in a production area where temperatures can range from 25°C to 40°C, depending on external weather conditions. To ensure comfort, fans are installed to aid air circulation.

Typical working hours are Monday to Friday from 07:00 to 17:00 or 07:00 to 17:30. During peak seasons, shifts may vary between 04:30 and 21:30. Please note that breaks during work hours are unpaid.

• A competitive hourly wage of €17.06 gross (base rate of €15.80 gross plus a minimum vacation allowance of 8%).
• Shift allowances:
  • Monday to Friday: 18:00 to 03:00 - 38% extra, 03:00 to 06:30 - 39% extra.
  • Saturday: 07:30 to 15:00 - 50% extra, 15:00 to 22:00 - 83% extra.
  • Sunday: 22:00 to 24:00 - 110% extra.

Requirements

• Communicative knowledge of English or Dutch.
• Driver's license category B is a plus.
• Experience in a bakery is preferred.
• Ability to work in high-temperature conditions associated with baking.
