Application Support Specialist (1st line)

We are looking for an Application Support Specialist to provide first-line support for users of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O and CE across Europe. You will resolve day-to-day issues, manage user access, maintain system documentation, and support business users during system rollouts and ongoing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first-line support for Dynamics 365 F&O and CE users.
• Manage user accounts, security roles, and system access.
• Resolve standard incidents and escalate complex issues to second-line support.
• Monitor integrations, batch jobs, and system alerts.
• Maintain the knowledge base and create user documentation.
• Support user onboarding, training, testing, and system rollouts.
• Track ticket trends and prepare operational reports.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Application Support, Service Desk, or Key User roles.
• Experience working with ERP or CRM systems, preferably Dynamics 365.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems and basic ITIL practices.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and English proficiency.

Nice to have

• Experience with Dynamics 365 F&O/CE.
• Knowledge of Entra ID, Power Platform, or Power BI.
• Experience with user administration and business application suppor
