About the project, As a Senior Full Stack Developer – AI Market Technologies, you will be working for our client, a leader in developing innovative AI solutions for the global financial markets. You will contribute to the design and implementation of cutting-edge NLP applications that transform how institutional investors navigate complex data. Your responsibilities, Collaborate within a team of 4–6 developers, working closely with dedicated product owners to deliver iterative features to production, Break down business requirements into stories and develop solutions following best practices, Design and implement scalable, maintainable code across full-stack components, using Java and Python, Participate in all phases of the development lifecycle, including analysis, testing, and production support, Identify areas of technical debt and balance new feature development with system improvements, Share expertise through pairing and mentorship, fostering team growth and knowledge sharing

Minimum of 5 years of software development experience in full stack environments, Strong understanding of software principles such as SOLID, Clean Code, DDD, BDD, Proven experience in Java and Python development, Hands-on experience with Spring Framework, SQL/NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB), Good communication skills in fluent English (both written and oral), Ability to work effectively within a hybrid model, and eligible to work in Europe

Optional, Experience with event streaming technologies and microservices architecture, Knowledge of front-end technologies like Javascript/Vue, or other programming languages such as Clojure, Kotlin, or Rust, Familiarity with machine learning, NLP, AI, or Data Science
