Provision of Legal Advisors Worktop Functional Area System (LAWFAS) paralegal, administrative and technical support services to SHAPE.

Location: Brussels, Belgium.

Skills, knowledge, experience required:

• Competency in records and knowledge management and document library curation demonstrated through relevant experience or training.
• One year of experience in the last three years supporting a common document repository and collaborative tool and platform comparable to LAWFAS.
• Knowledge of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) with five years of ICT experience in a comparable professional setting.

Desirable:

• Experience working in or with NATO.
• Experience assisting users to use a platform comparable to LAWFAS.
• Professional knowledge of French language (STANAG 6001).

Duties/role:

• Curating information in the LAWFAS platform in accordance with organizational policies, procedures for records and knowledge management, and best practices.
• Developing collaboration workflows and/or workspaces for ACO OLA and other NATO entities, and preparing technical, functional, and user documentation.
• Creating and maintaining LAWFAS knowledge management resources in support of OLA newcomers, handover‑takeover files, legal offices SOPs, and OLA events, as instructed.
