EMEA Talent Acquisition Lead — Hybrid & Global Impact

Rolls-Royce Kraków is seeking a Regional Talent Acquisition Lead for EMEA, based in Cracow. You will drive end-to-end TA delivery for all roles, partner with global teams and vendors, and advance TA strategy and transformation for the region.

You will oversee vendor performance, ensure compliance with local laws, and collaborate with executive talent to align branding and hiring outcomes. This role requires occasional EU travel and a hybrid work setup in Kraków center.
