Responsibilities

• Preparing, verifying and posting accounting entries for the French entities;
• Maintaining fixed assets records, capitalizing assets under construction and calculating depreciation;
• Performing ongoing account analysis and reconciliations;
• Ensuring accurate and timely month-end and year-end closing activities;
• Preparing financial reports for the Group;
• Preparing VAT returns and statistical declarations;
• Preparing audit documentation and analyses and liaising with external auditors;
• Ensuring compliance with internal control policies and SOX requirements;
• Supporting Treasury activities, including interest calculations, loan revaluations, and intercompany settlements;
• Providing accounting support to the SSC, Financial Controlling, and local business units.

Competences

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Banking, or Controlling;
• 2 years of relevant experience in an international environment;
• Very good command of English (B2+/C1);
• Knowledge of French would be an asset;
• Practical knowledge of General Ledger processes;
• Good knowledge of SAP and MS Office applications;
• High level of integrity, accountability, and ability to work independently;
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
