About the project, We are looking for a UX Researcher to join our team in developing innovative software products that transform patients' lives and empower healthcare professionals. In this remote role, you will work on a patient-facing project for an Obesity application, blending deep user empathy with pixel-perfect design to create intuitive and impactful digital experiences. Your responsibilities, Determining research strategy and designing, planning, and executing research studies for the product area, Operating cross-functionally to provide user research expertise and execution across products, Informing product strategy and evaluating new opportunities, solutions, and concepts based on user needs, Collaborating with product teams to define research success from qualitative and quantitative perspectives, Identifying and prioritizing research topics in close collaboration with product teams, Conducting qualitative and quantitative research and translating findings into actionable insights across the product lifecycle, Conducting internal cross-functional workshops using design-thinking methodologies and collaborating with product designers, Presenting and advocating for research findings to product, management, and executive teams

Minimum 4 years of experience in UX/UI design and user research, Deep expertise in Figma and its application in design processes, Strong understanding of AI and its integration into user experience desig, Proven ability to conduct qualitative and quantitative research and translate findings into actionable insights, Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive product success, Experience with research ethics, data privacy, and working with sensitive user data, Ability to develop data-driven research strategies using usage metrics, surveys, usability testing, and behavioral analytics, Advanced level of English and residence in Poland

Optional, Experience in healthcare-related projects, Knowledge of design-thinking methodologies
