Your responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B lead generation strategies to attract and acquire new customers.
• Manage internal and external B2B communications.
• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads (SEM) campaigns, in collaboration with an external agency.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and monitor market trend.
• Create marketing materials, including graphics, short videos, presentations, and brochures, using AI-powered and design tools.
• Co-create and grow social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Manage, update, and optimize website content using WordPress.
• Support employer branding initiatives in cooperation with the HR team.
• Identify new marketing opportunities and recommend strategies to improve lead acquisition and brand visibility.

Our requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B marketing.
• Experience in building and optimizing B2B funnels (lead generation and lead nurturing).
• Familiarity with AI tools for accelerating content production (graphics, video, content optimization).
• Experience managing social media channels and paid social campaigns.
• Proficiency in WordPress and website content management.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Photoshop or Canva.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and digital advertising campaigns.
• Strong organizational skills, creativity, and ability to work independently.
• Basic knowledge of SEO.
• Very good command of English, sufficient to manage international marketing campaigns.
