Your responsibilities, Handle customer inquiries via phone and email regarding payments, contracts, refunds, finance documentation, and other finance-related topics., Accurately process and allocate incoming customer payments., Investigate and resolve unapplied cash, deductions, and payment discrepancies., Support account reconciliation and month-end closing activities., Collaborate with internal teams and customers to resolve billing and payment issues.

Fluent in German and English (minimum B2/C1 level)., First experience in a finance-related environment., Experience working with financial systems and MS Office tools, particularly Excel., Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail., Ability to communicate effectively with customers and cross-functional stakeholders.
