Senior Zoho Solutions Consultant (CRM, Creator, & Books)

This is a remote position.

We are seeking a high-caliber Zoho Solutions Consultant who can architect end-to-end business ecosystems. You will be responsible for understanding a client’s entire business flow—from sales (CRM) and custom operations (Creator) to financial accounting (Books).

You must be an expert at requirement gathering, able to sit with business owners, understand their pain points, and build a "workable solution" that automates their entire workflow.

Responsibilities

1. Business Analysis & Client Demos
   • Lead Live Demos for clients, showcasing the synergy between CRM, Creator, and Books.
   • Conduct "Discovery Sessions" to map out client requirements and translate them into a technical Scope of Work (SOW).
   • Act as a consultant to advise clients on the best Zoho architecture for their specific industry.
2. Core Zoho Development & Integration
   • Zoho CRM: Advanced customization, Blueprinting, and Canvas design to track the sales lifecycle. Configuring phone, whatsapp and sms.
   • Zoho Creator: Building low-code custom applications for unique business processes that "out-of-the-box" apps can't handle.
   • Zoho Books: Setting up a chart of accounts, automating recurring invoices, and configuring payment gateways.
   • Finance Integration: Ensuring seamless data flow between CRM (Deals) and Books (Invoices/Estimates).
3. Automation & Custom Scripting
   • Write sophisticated Deluge Scripts to trigger actions across multiple Zoho apps.
   • Set up Zoho Flow or Webhooks to connect the ecosystem with third-party tools.

Requirements

• NO FRESHERS: This role requires a professional who has independently handled at least 3–5 full-cycle Zoho implementations.
• NOT A BACK-END ONLY ROLE: You will be the "face" of the project. If you cannot lead a client demo or translate a business problem into a technical solution, please do not apply.
• MULTI-MODULE EXPERTISE: Proven hands-on experience in Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Books is essential.
• Knowledge of Zoho Analytics dashboards, reports, and widgets

Technical Skills & Qualifications

• Primary Expertise: Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Books.
• Scripting: Mastery of Deluge (Custom Functions, Buttons, and Schedules).
• Communication: Superior ability to explain technical logic in simple English and Hindi.
• Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or Business Systems.
