Job Description

• Design and develop SAP solution architectures aligned with business requirements and enterprise standards
• Lead and participate in SAP projects (rollouts, releases, implementations), including requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, workshops (CRP), testing, configuration, and data migration
• Ensure solution consistency and compliance with enterprise architecture, supporting change management and contributing to Design Authority processes
• Assess impact of new requirements on core solutions and drive architecture governance
• Manage and coordinate a team of internal and external solution architects in the Inventory, Warehouse & Logistics domain
• Oversee quality of deliverables and ensure technical integrity and architectural compliance of implemented solutions
• Provide L3 support for live systems and ensure operational stability
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by monitoring industry trends and recommending innovative SAP capabilities

The Successful Applicant

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
• SAP certifications (ECC6 WM, S/4 HANA EWM); ITIL certification is a plus
• Minimum 7 years of SAP experience in an international environment
• Proven experience in full-cycle SAP implementations and multi-country deployments
• Strong knowledge of warehouse management, logistics, and inventory processes
• Hands-on experience with SAP modules: WM, IM, and integrations with SD, PP, FI/CO; SAP HANA experience is an advantage
• Experience in managing teams and delivering small to mid-size projects
• Experience working with globally distributed teams and external vendors
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluency in English
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., life sciences or medical devices) is a plus
