Database Administrator

Specialized DBA team working directly with trading‑related applications.
Focus on database operations such as maintenance, performance optimization, data‑transfer workflows, and maintaining high availability and security.

Responsibilities

Manage and maintain SQL Server databases, ensuring high availability and strong performance

Monitor overall database health and system metrics

Perform tuning and optimization of databases

Diagnose and resolve database‑related issues

Refine and enhance SQL procedures and queries

Develop and deploy database scripts for automation and maintenance tasks

Administer Change Tracking and Replication processes

Participate in migration initiatives

Recommend improvements to processes to enhance availability and performance

Participate in on-call rotation for after-hours support

Skills

Must have

SQL Server 2016, 2019 administration (including SSRS, SSIS)

Always On Availability Groups

Transactional Replication

Strong knowledge of T‑SQL and query‑optimization techniques

Experience with database performance monitoring and troubleshooting

Understanding of database partitioning

Familiarity with SSRS administration and report development

PowerShell scripting (including dbatools)
