Your responsibilities

  • Responsible for the formulation and publication of warehouse operation results and assessments, primarily aimed at measuring warehouse operational outcomes.
  • Monitor the achievement of warehouses during the operational process, conduct root cause analysis, coordinate with warehouses to formulate improvement measures, and provide support and auditing for the implementation of these measures.
  • Develop management standards and operational standards suitable for warehousing from a top-down approach, with a focus on management requirements.
  • Establish daily quality control inspection standards and execute inspections to assist in monitoring operational processes, evaluating operational results, and warning of operational risks.

Our requirements

  • Bachelor degree or higher.
  • Relevant work experience is required, typically in warehouse management, quality inspection, or quality control.
  • Strong data analysis skills and the ability to use office software for statistics and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
  • Detail-oriented, patient, with a strong sense of responsibility and initiative.
  • Problem-solving skills, able to independently handle quality control related issues.
