We are partnering with a globally recognized consumer-focused organization known for its dynamic, technology-driven environment and strong international presence. The role sits within a brand-new finance SSC structure, providing a unique opportunity to contribute to the build-out of a new organization and drive operational excellence from day one.

Your responsibilities

• Define and lead the end-to-end Record-to-Report strategy across the SSC environment.
• Establish process governance, standard operating procedures, controls, and service delivery standards.
• Lead the design and implementation of a scalable RTR operating model supporting multiple countries and business units.
• Drive process harmonization across General Ledger, Intercompany, Close & Consolidation, Fixed Assets, and Financial Reporting activities.
• Build and develop a high-performing RTR organization, including recruitment, coaching, and capability development.
• Partner with Finance Leadership to define KPIs, SLAs, service governance, and performance management frameworks.
• Identify opportunities for automation, digitalization, and process optimization.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, financial controls, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead transition and process migration activities into the SSC environment.
• Collaborate with Tax, Treasury, Controlling, PTP, and OTC functions to strengthen end-to-end process integration.
• Act as a key stakeholder in ERP, systems, and transformation initiatives.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Our requirements

• Extensive experience within Record-to-Report, General Ledger, Statutory Accounting, or Financial Reporting.
• Previous experience in a Process Owner, Tower Lead, Finance Transformation, or Shared Services leadership role.
• Proven people management experience in an international environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end RTR processes and governance structures.
• Experience leading process standardization, transition, or SSC transformation initiatives.
• Track record of implementing KPIs, controls, and performance frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to influence senior leadership.
• Solid ERP experience, ideally across large-scale international environments.
• Continuous improvement mindset with exposure to automation and digital transformation programs.
• Strong analytical and business partnering capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English.
