Insurance Platforms Analyst/Consultant

Your responsibilities, Drive our insurance platform projects, creating solutions that will redefine the sector and positively impact client experiences., Define, develop, and test architectures, capabilities, and processes to deliver state of the art solutions., Advise Insurance carriers on cost reduction, operating model design, and business process optimization using forward-thinking and growth driven mindset., Support clients in a digital transformation of key capabilities, building relationships with global Accenture teams., Use analytical skills to clarify complex issues, gather data-driven insights, and collaborate with the best minds in the industry.

Minimum bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant Financial Services or consulting experience, preferably in Insurance domain., Relevant experience in Non-Life Insurance or Life & Pension Insurance: Insurance Platform & Ecosystem (Guidewire, DuckCreek, TIA, Prophet, Salesforce), IT systems implementation, systems integration/data migration, digital solutions, AI, Automation., Experience as Business Analyst, Solution Architect, or Tester in front-end application delivery., Strong communicator with fluency in English., Natural leader: proactive in skill enhancement and easily establishes relationships with clients and colleagues., Team player who enjoys intellectual stimulation and collaboration with global colleagues. Committed to constant progress., Digitally savvy, forward-thinking, and growth-driven, with good time management skills and ability to manage multiple commitments/projects simultaneously.

Optional, Knowledge and certification in any Insurance Platform like Guidewire, Salesforce, EIS etc., Knowledge of German, French, Italian, Spanish or other European languages.
