For our client, The Shire - Beyond Coworking, a Devonshire Investments Group company specializing in premium serviced offices and flexible workspace solutions, we are looking for a Leasing Manager to support the launch and commercialisation of a new location in Poznań.

The new space will open in October and will be The Shire’s first location in the Poznań market. This is an opportunity to take an active role in building occupancy and developing the brand locally from the very beginning.

Your responsibilities

• Managing the full leasing and sales process for the new location in Poznań.
• Building occupancy from the pre-opening stage.
• Handling incoming leads and actively prospecting for new B2B clients.
• Preparing tailored offers and conducting presentations for prospective clients.
• Organising site visits and supporting clients throughout the decision-making process.
• Negotiating commercial terms and supporting contract finalisation.
• Building relationships with real estate agents, brokers and local business partners.
• Cooperating with marketing and operations teams to support sales activities.
• Monitoring the market, competitors and client needs.
• Supporting new clients during the onboarding process.

Employer requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in B2B sales, leasing, commercial real estate, flexible offices, serviced offices, hospitality, SaaS or a related industry.
• Experience in acquiring business clients and managing the full sales cycle.
• Knowledge of the Tricity business environment; experience in the local office or real estate market will be a strong advantage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial mindset and focus on occupancy, revenue and client satisfaction.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.
• Very good command of Polish and English.
• Readiness to work on-site in Poznań.
