Your responsibilities, managing projects of mid and large size and scope with responsibility for budget, scope, quality and time, embracing an agile approach and methodology, conducting Risk and Issue Management for the project, planning and monitoring measures for mitigation and avoidance of impact on the project., managing 3rd party service suppliers and product vendors as well as internal team members in a matrix responsibility, ensuring ​compliance with obligatory rules (incl. regulators' requirements according to Policies & guidelines), ensuring ​effective Stakeholder and Change Management, and provide appropriate status reporting

fluency in English, strong background in financial projects, demonstrable experience of successfully delivering critical and complex IT system-related projects, proven experience in Agile and classical/waterfall software development and lifecycle methodologies (SCRUM, SAFEe, PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2), demonstrable change project management experience, strong communication, facilitation, presentation & negotiation skills, ability to work with third parties

Optional, German written and spoken language, experience in the Investment/Asset Management industry will be a strong plus
