- English at an advanced level - minimum C1
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a Product Owner/Product Manager/Product or Solution Architect/Lead engineer in the software industry
- Hands-on experience in cybersecurity domain (min. 2 years)
- Innovative by nature. Thinking out of the box. Proactive, highly motivated with a serious work ethic
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proven technical skills and self-learning ability. Capability to thoroughly understand the functional and technical aspects of a complex system
- Proven Agile experience and management skill
- Ability to translate technical and security requirements into product features
- Own and manage the product backlog (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria)
- Translate cybersecurity requirements into actionable development tasks
- Prioritize backlog based on business value, risk and security impact
- Work closely with:
- Engineering teams (backend, cloud, security)
- Product Management (client side)
- Security experts / architects
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (refinement, planning, demo)
- Ensure alignment with product roadmap and security strategy
- Define and track product KPIs (e.g. detection efficiency, automation rate)
- Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies
- Collaborate with stakeholders in an international environment
- Meeting with customers to present new functionalities, get feedback and understand customer's needs
- Own and coordinate product release and patching process
