Clinical Operations Manager

AbbVie seeks a Clinical Operations Manager to lead high-performing clinical research teams in Poland, overseeing study execution, team development, and site partnerships. The role combines strategic oversight of clinical trial performance with direct management responsibilities to advance the pharmaceutical pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Hire, develop, and manage clinical research team performance and career growth
• Conduct site visits and oversight activities to ensure on-time, quality study delivery
• Identify training gaps and implement solutions to achieve KPIs at assigned sites
• Ensure regulatory compliance, GCP adherence, and audit readiness across assigned studies
• Manage budgets and resource allocation aligned with pipeline priorities and timelines

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field (medical, scientific, nursing, pharmacy preferred)
• Minimum 3 years clinical monitoring experience
• Proven leadership and cross-functional team management track record
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills across functions
• Mentoring, coaching, and performance feedback capabilities
• Fluent English and local language proficiency
• Ability to manage risk, ambiguity, and drive continuous process improvement
