Start Date: ASAP / Within 1 Month / Flexible Work Model: 100% remote Contract Type: B2B (180-200 PLN/h + VAT) We are looking for a Golang Developer to join our team and help build scalable, high-performance backend solutions for AI-powered products. In this role, you will work on the core platform architecture, developing systems that support multi-agent workflows, advanced retrieval capabilities, and real-time interactions with AI models. Responsibilities Design and implement stateful multi-agent workflows, autonomous tool-calling mechanisms, and fault-tolerant recovery strategies. Build and optimize advanced RAG pipelines, including semantic chunking, data ingestion processes, reranking techniques, and vector database integrations. Develop high-performance backend services focused on low latency, scalability, and efficient resource utilization. Architect and maintain event-driven, asynchronous systems utilizing streaming protocols and state-machine-based workflows. Expectations Expert-level proficiency in Go (Golang) with strong software engineering and backend development experience. Python knowledge, particularly within AI ecosystems, model evaluation workflows, and AI-related tooling. Hands-on experience with AI orchestration concepts, token streaming, memory management, and vector databases. Strong understanding of distributed systems, asynchronous processing, event-driven architectures, and workflow orchestration patterns.
