We're looking for an experienced Technical Delivery Manager who can bridge the gap between business and engineering, lead complex client engagements, and ensure successful delivery from discovery through production.

What professional skills are important to us?

Required

• Strong understanding of software architecture and software development principles

• Experience with cloud infrastructure, security, and modern engineering environments

• Proven track record of successfully delivering enterprise software projects

• Strong project and delivery management experience

• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing executive stakeholders

• Ability to translate business processes into clear technical requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to drive projects from concept through launch

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments

• Experience with AI/ML products or workflows is a strong advantage

Nice to have

• Experience working in regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or government

• Background delivering AI or machine learning products

What will you do?

As a Technical Delivery Manager, you will:

• Lead client discovery workshops and gather business requirements

• Translate business needs into clear product and technical requirements

• Create and maintain Product Requirements Documents (PRDs)

• Build project plans, define milestones, and manage successful delivery

• Coordinate cross-functional engineering teams

• Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients

• Lead executive updates and steering committee meetings

• Define project success metrics and track business value throughout delivery

• Monitor project progress and communicate status transparently

• Gather customer feedback and ensure products solve real business problems

• Balance scope, priorities, risks, timelines, and stakeholder expectations throughout the project lifecycle
