Your responsibilities

• Support existing customers and maintain strong business relationships
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses
• Coordinate communication between customers and internal departments
• Support the sales team in daily operations and business development activities
• Monitor orders, deliveries, and customer requirements
• Maintain accurate customer data and records in company systems
• Generating sales leads

Our requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, sales support, inside sales, or a similar role
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent Polish and good English skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and proactive approach
