About the project

We are recruiting for our client a Cybersecurity Programme Manager to lead a multi-year cryptography programme focused on delivering PKI and Certificate Lifecycle Management (CLM) capabilities across multiple workstreams. If you thrive on managing large budgets, leading complex initiatives, and shaping cryptographic security on a global scale, this role is designed for you.

Your responsibilities

• Deliver end-to-end programme ownership including scope, planning, RAID logs, dependencies, and governance across multiple streams.
• Manage multi-million USD budgets, including forecasting, vendor spend, and financial controls.
• Act as subject-matter leader on PKI, CLM, certificate automation, crypto controls, and operational readiness.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Cybersecurity, Architecture, Engineering, Operations, Risk/Compliance, and external providers.
• Ensure all solutions meet security, resilience, audit, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Produce transparent progress updates and executive-level reports.

Our requirements

• Proven track record in Cybersecurity/Technology Programme Management for large-scale, multi-year initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of PKI and CLM, including certificate issuance, renewal, revocation, key management concepts, and automation.
• Hands-on experience managing multiple workstreams and senior stakeholder governance.
• Strong financial expertise handling multi-million-dollar budgets and supplier/vendor relationships.

Optional

• Familiarity with cryptography standards and controls (TLS, X.509, OCSP/CRL) and working in regulated environments.
