Who are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who:

• is fluent in German (native or near-native level),

• has experience in B2B sales , preferably in software, SaaS, IT, or technology solutions,

• enjoys building relationships with business decision-makers,

• can confidently present business solutions and identify customer needs,

• communicates comfortably in English for internal collaboration,

• is proactive, self-driven, and focused on achieving results,

• is interested in AI, automation, and digital transformation.

Your responsibilities

• Develop and manage relationships with companies across Germany and the DACH region.

• Conduct discovery meetings and business-oriented product presentations.

• Identify customer needs and manage sales opportunities from first contact to closing.

• Work closely with our AI and technical consultants during advanced customer discussions.

• Represent Rhenai as a trusted partner in AI and digital transformation.
