Your responsibilities

M&A Transaction Execution

• Support end-to-end M&A transactions, from target screening and valuation through due diligence and closing.

• Build and maintain financial models, valuation analyses, and business cases supporting investment decisions

• Conduct financial, commercial, strategic, and operational analysis of acquisition targets.

• Coordinate due diligence activities with internal stakeholders and external advisors.

• Prepare presentations and materials for senior management, Investment Committees, and Boards.

Deal Origination & Pipeline Development

• Actively support acquisition sourcing activities, particularly within the Polish market

• Maintain and develop target databases and acquisition pipelines, also leveraging on the extensive BU knowledge of the market and the existing origination activities

• Establish initial contact with business owners, advisors, and industry participants.

• Evaluate acquisition opportunities and prepare preliminary investment assessments.

• Track market trends, industry developments, and competitor acquisition activity.

Our requirements

Work Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in:

o Investment Banking

o M&A Advisory

o Transaction Services

o Corporate Development

o Strategy Consulting

o Private Equity

• Hands-on involvement in transaction execution, financial analysis, or strategic projects.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

Skills

• Strong financial modelling and valuation capabilities (DCF, comparable companies, transaction multiples).

• Good understanding of M&A processes and transaction documentation.

• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities.

• Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic international environment.

• Fluent Polish and English (written and spoken); additional European languages are a plus.

• Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a strong attention to detail and results-oriented approach.
