Aon plc is seeking a People Matters Senior Specialist in Krakow to support colleagues and managers with policy, performance and absence topics in a global HR setting. The role is hybrid with the Krakow office and virtual work options.
You will triage cases, provide guidance from SOPs and templates, and escalate complex issues to COE or Legal while upholding privacy and data-handling standards across EMEA. English and Dutch language proficiency are required.
