We're looking for a Project Manager to drive initiatives across our customer-facing digital learning ecosystem. You'll work at the heart of the business, bringing together stakeholders, developers, designers, and operational teams to deliver meaningful improvements that enhance the customer experience.

This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on turning ideas into reality, managing complexity, and driving projects from concept through to delivery.

  Key responsibilities:

• Lead the delivery of digital and business transformation initiatives

• Own project plans, roadmaps, priorities, risks, and dependencies

• Act as the bridge between business and technology teams

• Translate business needs into clear deliverables and requirements

• Drive the ongoing development of our customer-facing platform

• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across IT, UX, Marketing, and Business teams

• Engage and influence stakeholders at all levels

Your profile:

• Experience delivering complex projects in a digital or technology-driven environment

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

• Confidence working with both business and technical teams

• Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools such as Jira

• A proactive, organized, and solution-focused approach
