Site Engagement Liaison

ICON seeks a Site Engagement Liaison to build and maintain relationships with clinical trial sites across Poland. The role involves supporting site staff on protocols and regulatory requirements, identifying performance improvements, and collaborating with internal teams to optimize site engagement and patient recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with principal investigators, site coordinators, and research staff
• Provide support and guidance on study protocols, procedures, and regulatory compliance
• Identify opportunities to improve site engagement and optimize performance through regular communication
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored site engagement strategies
• Monitor site performance metrics and report on engagement activities and outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field
• Previous experience in clinical research or site management preferred
• Strong understanding of site engagement and patient recruitment factors
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP guidelines and clinical trial regulations
• Willingness to travel as required
