We represent the hiring team seeking dedicated individuals to join our client’s team as Order Pickers in their food processing facility. You’ll be working in an environment with temperatures ranging from 0°C to +2°C, handling packaged goods including fruits, vegetables, and salads.

Responsibilities

• Voice Picking: Operate using voice picking technology in Polish.

Requirements

• Language Proficiency: Fluent Polish for voice picking.
• Driving License (Preferred): A valid driving license would be advantageous.
• Temperature Tolerance: Ability to work comfortably in cool temperatures.

Working Conditions

Expect shift work in a food processing environment with temperatures between 0°C and +2°C. You will be handling packaged goods, including fruits, vegetables, and salads.

• Shift Work: Variable shift schedules.

Benefits

We offer competitive compensation and benefits:

• Hourly Rate: €15.89 gross per hour (Base rate €14.71 gross + holiday allowance (Vakantiegeld) – minimum 8% calculated from base hours).
• Shift Bonuses: Additional pay for shifts between Monday and Friday:
• 19:00 - 21:00: 25% (€18.38 gross/hour)
• 21:00 - 00:00: 35% (€19.86 gross/hour)
• 00:00 - 06:00: 45% (€21.33 gross/hour)
• Vehicle Bonus: €2.50 per day if operating a company vehicle.
• Performance Bonuses: Incentives based on efficiency levels:
• 98% or more: €0.50 per hour
• 110% or more: €0.90 per hour
• 115% or more: €1.30 per hour
• New Employees (Week 2): €0.50 per hour if achieving 80% efficiency or more
• New Employees (Week 3): €0.50 per hour if achieving 90% efficiency or more
• Top 5 Pickers: Premium pay for top performers (€1.50/hour for highest, €1.20/hour for second, €0.90/hour for third, €0.60/hour for fourth, €0.30/hour for fifth).
