About Aryzta Europe Business Service Center

The Business Service Center in Wrocław was established in 2023. Our office is based in Wrocław at Legnicka Street. Our team currently consists of more than 120 employees. Our portfolio includes processes in the areas of finance, master data, procurement, IT, and project management.

About the Role

RTR Junior Accountant performs activities in the area of the general ledger related to accounting, analysis, external and internal reporting, control of the correctness of the application of accounting policies, and audit support. In the scope of support for centralization and process optimization, the Junior Accountant actively supports the implementation of the most effective and efficient ways of working through standardization and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities include

· Contacting the customer regarding past due items

· Reviewing list of blocked orders and taking appropriate actions

· Processing Billing requests

· Applying customer payments to invoices and accounts

Qualifications & Experience

· Knowledge of MS Office,

· Fluent English and Polish,

· Work experience in a Shared Service Finance organization is preferred,

· Knowledge or experience in accounting, finance or controlling,

· Experience in process transition would be an asset,

· Customer focus,

· Improvement and automation driven mindset,

· Effective communication and strong cooperation skills,

· Great team player,

· Processing in ERPs (SAP) would be an asset,

· Knowledge of other European languages is a plus,
