Senior Data Architect (f/m/x)

About the project, We are looking for an experienced Senior Data Architect to join a strategic data transformation initiative focused on building and governing a modern Azure-based Data Platform that supports enterprise-wide data products, analytics, and reporting.

Your responsibilities, Define and govern end-to-end Azure data architecture, including data ingestion, integration, transformation, and Medallion architecture standards, Lead the design and development of scalable Data Products and guide engineering teams on best practices for ETL/ELT, streaming, and data integration, Drive the modernization of legacy reporting and data warehouse solutions, including migration from SSIS and SSAS environments to modern Azure architectures, Provide architectural oversight for supplier-managed SaaS/COTS applications, ensuring secure onboarding, compliance, and technical alignment, Collaborate with stakeholders, suppliers, and technical teams to support platform evolution, security initiatives, and audit requirements

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Senior Data Architect or in a similar architecture leadership role, Strong hands-on expertise with Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Azure Event Hub, Azure Storage, Azure Functions, and modern cloud data platforms, Excellent knowledge of ETL/ELT frameworks, streaming technologies, data integration patterns, Medallion architecture, and Data Product design principles, Strong programming and data engineering skills in Python, Spark, and SQL, Very good command in English, A visit to the Wrocław office is required once every quarter
