About the project

We build enterprise logistics software — primarily Transport Management Systems (TMS) — used to plan, execute, and optimize the movement of goods. Our platform spans web applications, mobile apps (iOS/Android), and desktop applications delivered through Citrix.

We're looking for a hands-on QA Engineer who is comfortable across both manual and automated testing. You'll work closely with a small QA team and a QA Lead to ensure our releases are reliable, performant, and trustworthy for customers whose day-to-day operations depend on them.

Because logistics systems handle complex, high-volume, time-sensitive workflows (orders, shipments, routing, carrier integrations, track-and-trace), attention to detail and an understanding of real-world business processes matter as much as technical skill.

Your responsibilities

• Design, write, and execute manual test cases across web, mobile, and Citrix-delivered desktop applications.
• Build and maintain automated test suites (functional, regression, and end-to-end).
• Test complex logistics workflows end-to-end: order intake, planning, dispatch, routing, carrier/EDI integrations, and track-and-trace.
• Validate API and backend behavior underpinning the TMS, including data integrity across integrations.
• Perform cross-platform and cross-browser testing for web and mobile.
• Log, track, and verify defects with clear, reproducible reports; collaborate with developers to resolve them.
• Contribute to test planning, coverage analysis, and continuous improvement of QA processes.
• Support regression cycles for each release and help move toward faster, more automated pipelines.

Our requirements

• CV in English
• 2+ years of software QA experience covering both manual and automation testing.
• Solid grasp of QA fundamentals: test planning, test case design, defect lifecycle, and testing types (functional, regression, integration, smoke, exploratory).
• Hands-on experience with at least one automation framework (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress for web; Appium for mobile).
• Experience testing web and mobile (iOS/Android) applications.
• Comfort testing API/backend services (e.g., Postman, REST clients) and reading/writing basic SQL to validate data.
• Familiarity with CI/CD concepts and version control (Git).
• Strong written and spoken English and clear, structured communication.
