About the project, We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in marketing projects to lead complex, global initiatives., , This role involves end-to-end project ownership - from planning and design, through development, to deployment and execution - within an international, cross-functional environment., , The ideal candidate combines solid project management expertise with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders and drive projects to successful delivery.

Your responsibilities, Lead the end-to-end project lifecycle (planning, design, execution, monitoring, and closure), Manage project timeline, milestones, scope, and budget to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery, Coordinate and lead cross-functional, global teams, Track progress across all workstreams and proactively identify risks and bottlenecks, Manage scope changes and adapt plans based on internal and external factors, Prepare and deliver regular project status reports, dashboards, and governance materials, Drive and support Change Management activities related to project implementation

Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in complex, cross-functional, and global projects, Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Background in marketing-related projects and campaign or asset deployment, Experience in AI or automation projects, Strong analytical skills and ability to manage and interpret project data, Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), Ability to work efficiently with multiple stakeholders across functions, Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset with strong ownership, Excellent written and verbal communication skills, Fluent in English (both written and spoken), Residing in Poland required
