  • Expert-level proficiency in C/C++ and Python
  • Hands-on experience with ROS/ROS2 and robotic visualization tools such as RViz
  • Practical knowledge of mobile robots, drones, AGVs, AMRs, or autonomous systems
  • Experience with simulation and rendering tools such as Gazebo, Nvidia Isaac Sim, Bullet, or Blender
  • Deep understanding of robotics domains, including perception, SLAM, trajectory planning, kinematics, and obstacle avoidance
  • Experience with GPU acceleration (CUDA) and libraries such as OpenCV and PCL
  • Strong background in system architecture design, including real-time constraints, modularity, and data flow
  • Experience with sensor and actuator integration and a solid understanding of control systems
  • Proficiency in Unix/Linux environments with strong scripting and automation skills
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and production-grade deployment practices
  • Proven leadership experience, including mentoring engineers and managing delivery pipelines
  • Strong communication skills, with experience presenting technical concepts to clients and stakeholders
  • Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency
