Technology Infrastructure Services Engineer

• Strong experience with infrastructure engineering and platform operations
• Hands-on experience with distributed storage technologies: Weka, Qumulo, and/or Ceph (mandatory)
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized platforms
• Knowledge of secrets management solutions such as HashiCorp Vault
• Strong understanding of DevOps principles and practices
• Experience with Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) methodologies
• Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) experience ( Terraform, Ansible )
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Knowledge of monitoring, logging, and observability platforms
• Experience with incident management and operational support
• Understanding of scalability, high availability, and resiliency concepts
• Experience working with L inux-based infrastructure environments
• Understanding of networking and cloud-native infrastructure concepts
• Scripting/programming for automation ( Python, Bash, Go ) – beneficial
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills

Project Overview:

Our client is building and operating modern, highly scalable infrastructure and storage platforms across hybrid and cloud-native environments. This role focuses on designing, implementing, and continuously improving reliable, secure infrastructure services that support critical business and research workloads.

You will work with cutting-edge distributed storage technologies ( Weka, Qumulo, Ceph ), Kubernetes, HashiCorp Vault, and full DevOps/SRE tooling in complex distributed systems environments.
