Junior Deployment Engineer / Specialist - Warszawa

As a Junior Deployment Engineer / Specialist, you will be part of a team that plans, builds, configures, and activates network and IT solutions in live environments.

Responsibilities

• Support the rollout and integration of new platforms and services
• Participate in installation, configuration, and acceptance testing activities
• Monitor deployments, identify issues, and contribute to troubleshooting
• Prepare and maintain technical and operational documentation
• Collaborate with cross functional teams (design, operations, and customer teams) to ensure smooth and timely deliveries

You don’t need years of experience – we’ll teach you the specifics of our technologies and tools. Your curiosity, drive to learn, and willingness to take ownership are what matter most.

Qualifications

• Have completed (or are close to completing) a degree, preferably in a technical field (Telecommunications, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or similar) – but this is not mandatory
• Are comfortable working with technology and eager to learn new tools and concepts
• Enjoy solving problems and can approach challenges in a structured, analytical way
• Communicate clearly in English and Polish and like working in a team environment
• Are willing to work in a dynamic, customer focused setting where priorities can change quickly
• Exposure to scripting, networking, cloud or telecoms is a plus but not required
