Clinical Data Manager/ Snr Clinical Data Manager

IQVIA is hiring Clinical Data Management Leads to oversee end-to-end data management delivery for global clinical trials. The role involves ensuring data quality, compliance, and leading cross-functional teams from study setup through database lock. This is a fully remote position with company equipment provided.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management for complex global clinical trials from initiation through database lock
• Serve as primary client contact for all data management deliverables and communications
• Oversee SAE, PK, and external data reconciliation activities and database deployment
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to meet customer needs
• Mentor junior data management staff and drive continuous process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, health, clinical, biological, or mathematical field
• Minimum 10 years of direct clinical data management experience
• At least 5 years in a Lead or Senior Clinical Data Manager role
• Proven experience managing large global studies with 1000+ patients
• Proficiency with Medidata Rave, Oracle InForm, or comparable EDC platforms
• Strong knowledge of GCP, ICH, and clinical research regulatory processes
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities

Compensation: zł166,600–zł417,200 base
