Role Description

We are looking for  Governance Risk & Compliance (GRC) Experts  to support data protection, privacy, and regulatory compliance initiatives within a complex IT environment.

The role focuses on ensuring alignment with  EU data protection regulations , supporting governance frameworks, and advising on compliance strategies across business and IT processes.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with  EU data protection regulations (GDPR)

• Develop and maintain  privacy policies, standards, and procedures

• Conduct  privacy impact assessments (PIA / DPIA)

• Manage and review  records of processing activities (RoPA)

• Support implementation of governance frameworks across IT services

• Advise stakeholders on  risk, compliance, and privacy strategies

• Translate legal requirements into operational processes

• Communicate compliance topics to different audiences

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

• Excellent knowledge of  EU data protection legislation and regulations

• Strong experience in  data protection frameworks and methodologies

• Experience with  privacy impact assessments and compliance processes

• Understanding of  IT operations and service delivery

• Experience drafting  privacy documentation and compliance reports

• Ability to translate legal/regulatory requirements into business practices

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

• Experience working in international environments
