Manager, Software Engineering

This role leads a global software engineering team within Enterprise Engineering, overseeing business logic solutions and platform extensions. The manager drives engineering standards, Agile practices, and CI/CD delivery while ensuring compliance with enterprise and regulatory requirements. The position requires team leadership experience, expertise in modern development practices, and familiarity with regulated environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop team of business logic engineers delivering solutions and platform extensions
• Drive engineering standards for code quality, security, testing, and peer reviews
• Enable Agile and CI/CD delivery practices with quality gates and compliance documentation
• Partner with Architecture, Analysis, Release Management, and Operations on scalable solutions
• Ensure solutions maintain compliance with enterprise standards and operational requirements

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
• Experience leading software engineering teams and delivering enterprise solutions
• Strong knowledge of Agile, CI/CD, automated testing, SDLC governance, and audit-ready delivery
• Experience in regulated environments with GxP/CSV and SOX compliance requirements
• Proficiency with enterprise development toolchains, source control, and change management
