Technical Solutions Lead (Agentic AI & Data)

Hybrid work - 2 days per week from the Client's office in Warsaw

Tasks

• Lead the design and delivery of agentic AI solutions on Google Cloud using Vertex AI and Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform capabilities
• Architect and build scalable services and automation using C#.NET or Python applying engineering best practices such as unit testing, CI/CD, code reviews and secure by design approaches
• Design validation rules and automated exception handling for reconciliations, data quality checks and controls across the data lifecycle
• Develop workflow automations and AI agents using Power Automate and Copilot Studio for smaller initiatives
• Deliver executive ready analytics solutions using Power BI or Tableau with a governed semantic layer and consistent metrics
• Develop and enhance semantic layers using Looker and Python including business logic, metric definitions and dimensional models
• Write and optimize SQL for data transformations and curated datasets supporting reporting and AI workflows
• Perform advanced data analysis and provide actionable insights aligned with finance controls and operational realities
• Automate reporting and decision support workflows integrating dashboards and AI agents with enterprise systems
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity across reports and dashboards
• Collaborate with IT teams on system configurations including Oracle, Anaplan and Siebel
• Translate business and technical requirements into system setup and access needs and support validation through SIT and UAT
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and capture end to end processes
• Translate finance requirements into technical specifications covering data pipelines, semantic layers and AI workflows
• Communicate architecture, trade offs and risks clearly and influence decision making across stakeholders
• Own delivery planning including scope, milestones and dependencies in partnership with project teams
• Provide technical leadership and coaching on semantic modelling, pipelines and agentic solution design
• Manage risks proactively and ensure timely delivery of milestones

Requirements

• Solid understanding of finance processes including intercompany transactions, AP, AR, general ledger and treasury operations
• Knowledge of financial workflows, controls, compliance and ability to interpret financial data
• Experience in dimensional data modelling, semantic layers and ELT or ETL patterns for analytics and AI use cases
• Experience building AI agents on Google Cloud with monitoring and evaluation capabilities
• Understanding of agentic AI concepts such as tool usage, grounding, monitoring and safe integration into business processes
• Experience with Looker or similar semantic layer tools to implement governed metrics and business logic
• Strong programming skills in Python including API integration, data processing, testing and production deployment
• Experience with C#.NET or Power Query for automation and tool development
• Experience with Power Automate, AI Builder or Copilot Studio for workflow automation and AI agents
• Advanced Excel skills including Power Query, PivotTables and complex formulas
• Expertise in Power BI or Tableau and strong data visualization and storytelling skills
• Experience working with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery and system integrations via APIs
• Ability to collaborate with IT teams on system configurations and access management
• Strong experience in requirement gathering and translating business needs into technical solutions
• Experience managing project documentation such as PID, BRD, solution and technical design documents
• Excellent communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels
• Ability to bridge finance domain knowledge with data engineering and AI delivery
• Strong problem solving skills with an AI first mindset
• Ability to work in cross functional environments with changing priorities
• Experience documenting processes, solutions and technical specifications
