Commerical Order Specialist (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring commercial order processing for new vehicles in accordance with valid MAN guidelines, instructions, and legal requirements
• Preparation of invoice documents and commercial documents in compliance with letters of credit and customer requirements
• Timely provision of documents to customers and the finance department
• Monitoring and optimization of order and yard inventory
• Support and consulting for sales regions and business units on commercial and logistical topics
• Coordination of processing procedures with interface partners (transport logistics, credit management, technical order processing, production planning, IT, export control, tax consulting)
• Clarification of VAT and foreign trade-related issues

Our requirements

• Successfully completed degree in Business Administration or a comparable qualification, combined with several years of professional experience
• Proficiency in English and German at a minimum B2 level.
• Basic knowledge of international trade and taxation is desirable
• Even in high-pressure situations, you remain calm and focused – your structured and independent working style, combined with strong communication skills, helps you stay on track
• You are a true team player: you actively support your team, are helpful, and contribute to a positive and successful working environment with your optimistic attitude
