EMEA Payroll Specialist

Your responsibilities, Manage end-to-end payroll processes across multiple European countries, ensuring accurate and timely employee payments., Coordinate payroll activities with external payroll providers and internal stakeholders., Ensure compliance with local tax, social security, and employment legislation across the EMEA region., Work closely with regional HR teams to ensure smooth and effective payroll operations., Prepare and submit statutory payroll reports, including tax filings and year-end declarations, in accordance with local requirements., Maintain and regularly update payroll records, ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with GDPR and internal company policies., Perform payroll reconciliations and work closely with Finance teams to investigate and resolve discrepancies., Identify and implement process improvements to streamline payroll operations and increase efficiency., Support the implementation and optimization of payroll systems and tools in line with business requirements., Handle employee payroll queries promptly, providing clear, accurate, and professional support., Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and issues in a timely and effective manner., Participate in payroll software implementation and integration projects.

Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll processing across multiple European countries., Proven experience working with external payroll providers and managing the complexities of regional payroll operations., Advanced proficiency in English (C1 or higher), with excellent written and verbal communication skills., Strong knowledge of payroll systems, processes, and applicable regional regulations., Advanced Excel skills and hands-on experience with payroll software., Familiarity with major European payroll regulations and taxation systems (e.g., UK, Germany, France, or other key markets)., Experience with Ceridian Dayforce would be a strong advantage.
