Your responsibilities

• Partner with plant leadership to understand and advance business objectives, strategies, and workforce needs.
• Support leaders in connecting employees to how they create value for the company; identify talent gaps and coach leaders on the development of gap closure plans.
• Act as a steward of our Principle Based Management culture, consistently identifying opportunities to enhance application.
• Work with Talent Acquisition Team to recruit the right talent, lead onboarding process, ensuring alignment of roles with comparative advantage.
• Ensure compliance with Polish labor law, local regulations, internal policies, and corporate HR standards.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve local HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements and PBM principles.
• Coach leaders and employees on performance, development, and behaviors aligned with Our Values.
• Use data and employee feedback to identify and address opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and productivity.
• Support and lead change management and transformation initiatives.
• Foster a culture of open dialogue, challenge, stewardship, and principled decision-making.

• What Will Put You Ahead
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• several years of HR experience preferably in a manufacturing or high-growth environment.
• Fluent in both Polish and English.
• Strong knowledge of Polish labor law and hands-on experience implementing local HR policies and procedures.
• Strong communication, coaching, and analytical skills.
• Highly motivated to contribute, with a strong customer-focused approach.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and coach talent in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
• Practical knowledge of IATF 16949 requirements and experience supporting customer, certification and internal audits - nice to have.
• Experience conducting employee investigations and managing complex employee relations matters.

As the HR Business Partner for our newly established manufacturing site in Poland, you will play a key role in enabling business success through people, culture, and organizational effectiveness. Leveraging Principle Based Management (PBM), you will partner closely with plant leadership to attract, develop, and retain talent while fostering an environment where employees can maximize their contributions and create long-term value.

You will provide HR support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring excellence in HR administration, employee relations, talent development, workforce planning, and organizational change. In this role, you will drive continuous improvement of HR processes and policies, support business growth, and ensure compliance with Polish labor law, corporate standards, and quality management system requirements, including IATF-related expectations.

Working collaboratively with plant leadership, Koch Capabilities, and global HR teams, you will help build a high-performing culture based on accountability, principled entrepreneurship, employee engagement, and continuous improvement.

This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.

This is a temporary role offered on a fixed-term contract to support the establishment and ramp-up of our manufacturing site in Poland.
