Global Talent & Experience Project Lead

Rolls-Royce plc in Kraków, Poland, is seeking a Global Talent, Experience & Project Lead to coordinate and deliver change programmes across the emerging talent lifecycle within the Global Business Services centre. You will work with leadership to align initiatives with strategic objectives and ensure governance and embedding of new processes.
